All travel, events & other activities, arranged for or by the USS FDR Reunion, are for the convenience & pleasure of its members and their guests who desire to participate. The USS FDR Reunion does not assume any responsibility for the well being or the safety of the participants or passengers, or their property, in any matters pertaining to said travel activities. Any other non-responsibility provisions contained in any travel agent or tour company literature shall not in any way incur any liability attaching the USS FDR Reunion.
NOTE
In order to have the ability to control our room reservations, if you must cancel please do so by contacting Ray Hough at 318-645-7673. He will cancel the room for you and provide you with a cancellation number. This way the rooms do not go into the hotel “general inventory” and are actually placed back in our block for others who wish to attend and are unable to get a room at this hotel. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated by the Reunion and crewmembers. We look forward to seeing you at the Reunion!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please take note of the new registration form and reunion information form. We are letting everyone know ahead of time that due to the problems we have had in the past with counts for tours and banquets, we can no longer accept any registrations past the deadline; however, we will allow walk-ins at the reunion with no guarantee on tours or banquet.
Also, please pay attention to the deadline of May 1st for cancellation. If you cancel prior to this deadline, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after this deadline, for whatever reason, we will be unable to give a refund.
We regret having to do this; however, since we must turn our counts in and PAY FOR THEM IN ADVANCE, we must enforce this deadline in order to have a successful reunion. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Also please note that all registrations must be sent to Garry Theis, Treasurer, to be a valid registration. No other individuals are authorized to accept your registration and payment.
